You can, you just have to know the IP Address.

You need to find the servers you want to join which may be hard if you want a good one with no griefers because the others are usually white listed and you need to apply or be friends ect ect
so you what Regulith said, find a server online, click add server, type in IP, shabam

You have to click "Add a server" and enter the IP for the server you want to join. There's no master server list like in Blockland.
