You can't hack into a client's game to make the menu magically not work. If you disable their clear bricks ability on the server, the menu simply won't work for them. You can't disable the menu itself from appearing.
Think of the menus as application papers, and your server is the business you submit them too. Normally, if they have the right credentials (being admin), then it will work. The mod would make it so your business doesn't care what the application says, even though they have the application.
