I need to know, is it possible to make a video at 1 FPS? And if so, how?

what i would wonder is why you'd want a framerate THAT slow ;-;

but if you're using fraps anyways there should be a bar on one window that lets you select an FPS for your recordings

Set up fraps to take a screenshot once a second?

I need to set up a project in Vegas or Premiere or whatever to have the project settings at 1 FPS :/

Just set every individual pic last a second but use normal fps

But I want it to reduce file size dramatically. My goal is to create the smallest outcome size as possible.

I guess if it's just pictures you'd get away using 1 fps you can always test it out first

Oh snap! I played the images in the preview window of Premiere and used FRAPS to record it at 1 FPS locked. It worked XD

locking.

Bump.

I just realized, it didn't work as I had planned. I need some way to create a video, where the project settings are set at 1 FPS. Does anyone know a software that does this?

Fraps.
You can set a FPS manually.
As I remember anyways.

Edit: Just read above post.
