Basically what it is - the flare from a light off a brick, but as an emitter. Would have bright and regular flare, along with color based upon brick color. Would really be useful.

This is a cool idea and is surprising that it hasn't been made yet.
If I knew anything about emitters, I would pump this out in 5 minuets.

Would be cool if we had torches and the emiter will just show the light while the emiter is on?

You can't pull the light flare images into the emitter file?
