LOZ WindWaker Character Sounds

There are a few sound/music files for the loz series. But I have been wanting some sound fx that the people use in WindWaker. Specifically the old man on Outset Island that gives you a sword and trains with you. I find his grunting hilarious.
Could someone package this? How would you go about getting the sound files in the first place?

I've made working sound packages before.  I'd love to help if I knew where to find these particular sounds.

My first guess would be to "rip" them from a rom.
