Minecraft Problems

I usually play Minecraft when I am bored, but for some reason, after I have been playing it for jjust a few minutes, Java/Minecraft just freezes up, I can't do anything at all, I have to close my minecraft and this is getting really annoying because I didn't save. Please help.

Only mod I have enabled is Opti-Fine so I can get better FPS for it on my laptop :s

Delete Minecraft from your computer and never install it ever again and all your problems shall be fixed.

if you're running far with 32 bit java it does this, and you'll need 64 bit java or 32 and 64
