Alright, now that that's settled, back on topic people. I think it could be cool with weapons like "Sting", the ring, a bow, an axe, that big sword that I forget the name of, Gandalf and Saruman's staffs, and maybe even a nazgul vehicle that is similar to the dragon player type thingy.

Yes, but for the ring, I was thinking it could make you invisible for an unlimited time, but take away some of your health as well, because it corrupts you, so technically you can't have it on for an unlimited time because it will kill you.

It really doesn't matter. While the quotes are nice because it takes you to the original message, the "@" works just as well.

Anyway, I'm sorry to say that 99% of the ideas submitted to the Suggestion board aren't made. Yours is no different. However, you'll have a better chance of it being made if you list exactly what you want (including as many details as possible) and starting small.

Instead of requesting just a "general" LotR theme of items, instead, request specific items, one of which could be the One Ring. You could say that the ring cloaks you when you fire it, but it slowly drains your health as long as you wear it. Stuff like that.
