This won't be anything new. We already have:
Switch Knife
 -Instant-kill back stabs
 -5-hit kill

Tier+Tactical Knife
 -Hold the "fire" button longer to charge up your swing

Butterfly Knife
 -Kills instantly when fully charged

TF2 Spy Knife
 -Instantly kills on back stab

Black Knife
 -Instantly kills normal people, and can be thrown.

Throwing Knife
 -5 hit kill
 -Can be thrown for an instant kill

If you'd like, I can modify the switch knife to look like T+T's knife, which seems to be what you want.

Do you want auto-aim or something? Half the challenge of swordplay is actually hitting your opponet.
Unless you want it to swing to the side and create multiple hitscans.
