Movement Macro'ing

I'd like this kind of mod so that I could (using green screening) make a "mirror" for a video. I'd have me moving around, and then I'd redo all the same exact movements facing the other direction from inside the mirror, that way it'd look like a mirror.If at all possible, could someone make this?
