The shoe mod would be similar to the hat mod, including a ton of different shoe styles for different occasions that you could unlock their certain achievements or just playing for a certain period of time on a server.

I don't know anything about shoes that will raise the current blockhead's height, unless the shoes were a bot that had animations but it would still be buggy.
