If people are finding the same issue with the user, they should just post in the drama instead of making another one. I believe if someone is having a problem with the same user, but with a different issue, I think it would probably be necessary to create a new thread.

I'd agree with this.
If a user is going around servers and spamming and being abusive, then if someone made a topic about that, anyone else who experienced this problem should post in that topic, and not make their own.
If the user in the above drama was then doing something unacceptable on the Forums, it wouldn't be right to bunk that in the other topic based on him spamming/abusing in-game.
But yeah, and it happens all the time, when someone is absolutely dreadful in-game or on the forums, only one topic should be made.
Personally, I think it would be better for your own Drama in that way.
If you post a number of dramas on one person then they are going to get buried and forgotten, aswell as push other topics off of the front page.
If you make one topic and everyone posts in it, then having a 50-page long drama topic that is on the front page would be better for your cause and for everyone else, than having 10 short dramas with 2 pages of conversation each.
With a 50-page drama I'd certainly know that people don't like this user and I'd know to be wary of them.
