Ok. It surely must be possible to edit models, right? If so, then we can easily remove the legs from the Blockhead, and the head from the default horse.

But is it possible to combine two models? That's what I want to know.

You can't just combine two "models" or by which you mean .dts.  All models are custom made.

I'm sure it's quite possible.  With a modeling program of course.
It would be better just to remake the entire model though.

Thank you. Now, all I need to do is to find someone who is good at modeling and has a modeling program to create the model for the centaur.

Now, if you don't mind, Modling, because you are so wonderfully helpful if I ask you another question?: I've heard people talk about "tearing scripts" before. Any idea what that means?
