Get to know her just a bit, then go in for the kill. Find her when she's alone, and tell her directly that you think she is the most beautiful women you have ever laid eyes upon. When I did this to the girl I mentioned earlier, she almost started crying. Now, for your age group, this may not hold true. I'd say if you're in high school or above, this is most likely going to work.
