its clearly because you're a dirty cheater

THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY loving SENSE.

THERE IS NO SITUATION WHERE A TEXTURE WOULD RANDOMLY CHANGE TO SOMETHING SIMILAR BECAUSE SOMEONE'S GPU IS MESSED UP.
LET'S USE CAPITAL LETTER TO GET OUR POINTS ACROSS

Have you tried changing your render distance?

It's a problem with his graphics card and/or drivers and has nothing to do with Minecraft settings.

I faintly remember my card doing this exact same thing way back. OP could try resetting his 3D settings in Catalyst.

I had too many Items, it was a huge thing i was making, that would have taken a long time to make without it

If you encounter lines that you can see through during minecraft, set anti brown townising to application settings.
Just a word of advice for someone who had experienced the lines.

Why is the pickaxe he is holding also glitched?

When you force update, and your map had the items, it doesn't give you the achievements for the items.

If you encounter lines that you can see through during minecraft, set anti brown townising to application settings.
Just a word of advice for someone who had experienced the lines.
