if you know how to fix this, please tell me

uhm, where are the broken textures?

Yeah I don't see the issue either...

In the title, the title has black squares in it, same with this (The pickaxe and the other tools, amongst other things):

Try another texturepack.

Update your drivers maybe.

I checked, it said my drivers were current...
Try another texturepack.
It's the normal texture pack. Also, I have tried using another texture pack, still broken textures.

Either your graphics card does not support transparent textures or Minecraft is failing to detect this and is falling back to a renderer that doesn't support it either.

Transparent textures? Like glass, or what?

Ah, I understand, how do I fix this?

Well, I'd suggest updating drivers but you seem to already have tried that. Perhaps contact Mojang or the manufacturer of your graphics card?

It looks like the textures are being compressed.

They could also be edge-smoothed for some reason but limited to a pixelated canvas.

No. You're handicapped.

Also, the reason why things aren't working is because you're using a stuffty texture pack. Use one that doesn't break things.
