Whenever I try to play a steam game, this message that says "Scanning for Steam games updates" shows up and does nothing. No games are updating, and it wont let me play any games. It's been doing this for about 15 minutes now. I have already tried updating my Steam games, but it still gives me the same message. Does anyone know how to fix this?
