also if I try to convert the file instead of just upload it, the colors and everything are forgeted up, rather than just... that.
if it matters, I've only tried converting it to .swf

camstudio is up-to-date, the converter is probably up-to-date, and I'm pretty sure YouTube is up-to-date

none of that really matters, because the problem still happened when all I used for it was camstudio and youtube's uploader

irfanview is up-to-date, but I really don't know about the converter

Update the converter.
But really Give me a picture because I need to know if its the same thing or not.
