can anyone make new hats???

i know that "nobody" knows how to make them.... but can someone i mean people have made some good mods why cant we start on makeing hat mods????hmmm there must be a modder out there that can make some right....or is it just up to badspot to let us if so badspot why not open this option up to us we could make something GREAT from it

I'd make cloths if I had an example script that simply mounted the clothes to the Head. Reason why its so much different from RTB/Beta is that all the cothes that you can wear now are modelled onto the Player model to stop the clothes lagging behind.

well to stop from having two hats i have a solution but not lagging hats (looked funny)
