I was wondering if there was a way to restrict changing your avatar, or just a way to keep it on only one setting.

Could someone do this for me, or tell me how i can do it scripting?

I was more overall thinking of something that blocked peoples avatars.

I think you can disable the applyBodyParts.

There is an event to lock a player's avatar on RTB. Try looking at the source code of that.
