It'll be down about as often as the normal downloading server is offline.
Which is pretty much never.

You also still wont be stuck as a normal Blockhead. You still have avatar nodes and colors, along with all the faces and decals that were already downloaded.

Honestly. You see the master server down more often than the download server. lol
