I've been looking for something like this, too. Most mods are UBER1337 AK47 WITH TACTI-COOL FLASHLIGHT, SUPPRESOR, LASER SIGHT, UNDERSLUNG SHOTGUN AND GRENADE LAUNCHER AND FOUR DIFFERENT SCOPES.

good spring farm house mod, you have to fix up the electricty and water. you dont have to buy it but i enjoy it.
