Some random guy with the name of "lectro" came on my server and just spammed that ^^^

Any explanation for him? I was AFK when he got on, so I couldn't ban him.

Just a silly kid that's probably new to blockland. The more he plays blockland, the he'll realize that kind of behavior is not accepted, and he may be a pretty cool contributing guy one day.
