omg no.
lol.

one brick for a house is just plain lazy
I need to build giant cities. Besides, loading up GSF city for an entire town is just plain lazy too, if this is lazy.

funny, I was actually thinking about this. A whole-house brick.

Terrible idea.

One reason why: Spam a cube of lattices and see how your performance drops. Spam the same sized cube out of 1x1 bricks and see how your performance drops.

Bricks that have complex shapes like this are probably not a very good idea unless they're basic shapes, e.g. wedges, ramps, octagonal bricks.

complex shapes are a bad idea unless they are basic shapes

what
um
i don't get it?

Despite the contradiction in the post, the point of it should still be clear.

And what is a skyscraper? A giant rectangle.

y did you bump this -_-

No. If anything I'd imagine someone making room bricks or one brick for each floor/story.

And what is a skyscraper? A giant rectangle.
With textures and a window and a door and an interior. Not simple

I remember Badspot said "no" somewhere this forums about year ago.

HOLY stuff REALLY?

And what is a skyscraper? A giant rectangle.

yeah, if you want it to look like two 64x64 cubes stacked on top of eachother it IS a giant rectangle.
if you actually want it to look like a skyscraper with doors, windows and a whole interior, it won't be "just a giant rectangle".

Just learn to build, it's not that hard.

Building is simple.

Building well is totally different

While complete houses are a bad idea, but panels for building stuff more easily is possible. Think of the castle wall segments.

I was waiting for someone to say this.
