Yeah replace the jetting key with your idea of running or you could map it to shift just like you asked.

I guess if you rebound walk to shift and changed the playertype walk speed to higher than the run speed. Maybe there's another way, but I dunno.

you can make crouch speed faster and replace the crouching animations with running animations
