i have no clue how one could do it but i have an idea of a health rp or a health mod where players can get sick in a city rp or and other rp. like they could have a hospital rp just for the one mod and ppl could build and if they got sick they would go to the hospital or somthing. good idea , bad idea , or Jello

This is not that bad of an idea. Would be cool if you could get sick in CityRPGs to the point where you could die. Perhaps different kinds of sicknesses.
The common cold would make you slightly less resistant to attacks and make you walk slightly slower.
Cancer would slowly weaken you and slow you down to the point where you die.

Would also be cool if people can carry other people to help them go to the hospital.
