Not to scare you but you may have what is known as Scoliosis.
I had a minor form of that (why I was in PT) but it got better and now its normalish. Naturally all humans have a slight scoliosis.

It's when your back is like this:

Most of the time you feel perfectly fine, but if you move a certain way it will cause it to hurt for a long ass time.

My mom had it and it never bothered her until she bent a wrong way and it never stopped hurting.
She went to a doctor did x rays, etc and they found it.

It took her around 12 months of going to physical doctors and helping her straighten her back a bit.
My sister also partially has it but just back pains, not scoliosis.

I do not, I always lift with my legs and never my back, I hardly bend all the way with my back either.
Having a back pain (or pains on your spine) are one of the worst pains you can have.

Its not that.

Mandatory thing for school where we had to get our backs checked for that and I didn't have it.

Usually you can physically see it I believe.

Physical Therapy. I took it when my back started hurting and now its better.
I take physical therapy because of permanent health conditions.

No, not all the time.
If it continues to hurt or not get better I'd recommend getting an x ray.

First of all, the reclined position is the best position for your back, as your back is naturally curved, so relax in a recliner, as that would help.

Second, it could just be a bad sleeping position. Sleep in a different bed tonight, or try another way and see if it could help.

yea I wouldn't go to the doctors until spring time, or winter. Maybe

If I wash my hands or brush my teeth or anything that involves bending over for a period of time, I cant stand back up immediately because of the pain. I blame it on my horrid posture.

sleeping on flat ground helps too
