You need actual rules, and most likely more than 1 op. When you go to sleep, your server will become grief bait, so you need an admin on duty as much as possible.

i only join servers where i trust the host won't get grumpy and tnt my house because i said it's not nice to spawn six hundred skeletons at spawn.

because that doesn't work in minecraft. there have been mods for this before and it ruins servers. blockland is basically a world made by players. minecraft is a world that has been changed by players. blockland doesn't really need people building or destroying someone else's blocks because no one just puts down a block in the landscape or places stuff anywhere, while in minecraft people can fill in creeperholes or replace some stone that can forget up your plan.

Im not going to have ops. There will be people I trust with kick and ban. No one will be able to spawn items.
