Ingame forum browser

I'm not sure how complicated this would be and if it is overcomplicated i apologize for making this thread, On the otherhand i was thinking of something where you could click a simple button on the main menu and a ingame gui opens up and you can log in and use the forums from there.

Well, why doesen't someone create their own ingame forum?; excluding things like Add-Ons, AoT boards and Drama and limting it to discussion only.

Doesn't RTB kinda count?  It's limited to addons, but still allows for some communication.
