Server-Sided Extra Avatar Options

First of all, is it even possible to add new avatar options just for your server? For example, can you model a new hat, such as a baseball cap, and then add it to the list of hats in avatar options to wear on your server? It would be just like faces and decals, but with hats, and accessories (cape, backpack). You would model a hat, put it into whatever file that has the default hats in it, start a server, and then you or anyone on your server can go into avatar options and wear the new hat or accessory.

It would be like the hatmod, but it would include accessories and hats that you can wear from your avatar options.

it probably could be done, but everyone in the server would need to download them, and they would only be able to work on a server that had them without crashing both you and the server. it would also take a long time to script. if you want this done, it needs to be default. not an addon.
