Problems with battlefield3

For some reason whenever I start battlefield 3 on my Xbox 360.. it saysb"retrieving player data"
And then it says "player data appears to be lost or damaged" it resets all of my controls and reunlocks m1911 and some dog tags. Its getting really annoying. Help?

I had a problem like this a few days ago, the save file is corrupt.

You must delete the save file from your hard drive but DON'T WORRY, all data is saved on the internet and you will keep all your data.

It will say everything is new only for one more time and FIXED.
