how the forget can a human be over 40% body fat


am i just horrendously mislead, or am i not wrong in saying over 20% would pretty much mean you're obese

Did anyone else think the title said cucumbers?

I'm about 125 pounds, dunno exact height but it's probably mid-5 feet
and I do nothing

I eat more than anybody in my house and yet I'm probably the least fat
metabolism master race

also, OP, are you sure your scale doesn't say like 4.1% body fat instead

Same but I think its slowing down

Last time I checked I was 8% body fat. Do at least 70 crunches but they don't do much. Try pushups, chin ups, and all that stuff

I think my body fat % is about 8.9% or something
