So I just noticed this game on steam and it peaked my interest. I started watching this guy stream it he is trying to be the fastest to max level: http://www.twitch.tv/esl_rethink

Main site: http://www.playforgewar.com/

Right now it's $20 and you get a spare copy so commence the begging to get everyone's extra copy, I'm probably not going to buy it I am running a little low on cash and I still have to buy christmas presents for a few people so I gotta put myself on the back burner ):

About the game a bit:
It's dedicated PVP there is no PVE aspect. There is not really any gear aspect everyone is the same power at every level I think the levels are more for bragging and unlocking more customization such as appearance. Right now I believe there is 3 game modes a team deathmatch and 2 objective based game modes. People say the PVP is extremely fast paced and very smooth feeling.

I will probably polish this main post up a lot if the topic gets a lot of interest.

Assassins can isolate themselves and a target in and out of a alternate shadow realm
so you see this happening a lot

Bump bump in the butt.

This game looks really fun. Like wowe

i hope to god it doesn't have wow's playstyle of "click on this and your numbers beat its numbers"

This game is like entirely 100% designed around not being "this number beats this number" I actually spit out some of my milk laughing when I read that. I've been watching that guy stream I want to buy it for myself but my sister wants to buy it for me for christmas and can't afford it yet so I am waiting to let her. From what I have gathered there is absolutely 0 RNG(random number generation) for example a spell will do a set damage every time no chance to crit or 45-65 damage to allow for just lucky kills. The leveling system doesn't offer any advantages it does give you customization points which offer a chance to take from 1 stat and give it to another but the stat differential is very minute and since it takes from another stat it isn't an actual benefit, for example you can take away a few points of energy which will allow you to cast less but in return put it into speed and get 1.5% more movement speed. This game is solely built for competitive arena play really so balance and a level playing field is their sole goal.

Bump caz I got it it's easier to pick up than I expected my first 3 matches I was rank 1 in points, damage, and kills as a pathfinder. I like to camouflage and switch places with an enemy teammate and drop caltrops and explosive trap and then spam AoE on them and then sprint back to my team and before they even can wake up from the explosive trap they're all half dead and like "wtf" and I'm back at home then my team finishes them all off it's quite easy to think up effective strategies on this game there's so much utility skills with endless possibilities.

Also camouflage and switch places works on teammates too so just for teh lulz I've already teleported a teammate into a death trap to save myself or switched with them to ninja a kill LOL.

Let the begging commence!
can i hav 1 pls!!!!!!!!!11!!!!!1
