A skybox slider would be the same thing as the ground slider, or water slider, except it would make the skybox move.
This could be useful for a plane simulator server of some sort, a wind affect, or it could be used for realistic clouds. Now before you say some skybox's do this, well the only default skybox that does this is rainy, what if someone doesn't want rain but wants moving clouds or skybox.
