voodoo2, D3D and opengl?

can someone tell me what the hell voodoo2, D3D and opengl are? its stopping me from playing blockland and AoT it says in console that i dont have these 3 things, where can i get trhem? does my ancient Geforce card have anything to do with it? do i need a graphics update?
