Yes I do, too many people state their opinion then say "in my opinion". Just state it, you don't have to add the extra three words.
Lol, does three words really bother you that much? People like saying it because they want to make sure people don't think that they think that it's a fact rather than opinion. Those three words have probably stopped a lot of arguments before they've even started in my opinion.
