Rappel Gun

Would like a item that works like a Rappel gun. You Fire at a brick, when the player's position is at a specific range of angle, relative to the projectile's position, the player moves toward the projectile. It could work by command like if pressing "cancel Ghost Brick key" you are pulled toward the projectile's position or something like that. Example:
