I would suggest some weed if you could get any. You dont have to smoke it even, just bake it with some cookies or throw it in your ice cream and eat it. I bet you'll have a good nap ;)

I usually have a hard time sleeping even when high or drunk, but most of the time getting drunk enough outs me after a good meal. I WOULD NOT suggest any pills, or any over counter medicine for sleep as you can forget up your kidneys, liver, or stomach.

The only side effect to marijuana is hungry happy sleepy, and you can't beat that.
