Wut about black out? I was very interested in that.. 
Blackout RPG is in a progress hiatus (break). I need people to work on it and I am trying to form a team. It will be hosted eventually. It may be finished sometime in the summer or earlier, I don't know how long it will take because I need to get a good team first.
