My monitors making some glitch

When I watch monstercat videos the waves cut in half and its starting to bug me same with when I play sonic generations there are lines all over the screen

if your game is not minimized while you watch the videos you will see tearing. minimize any program before watching videos. I have this problem when I have a game in the background and firefox is on top, minimizing the game will get rid of the lines.

if you are not running a game at the same time as watching the videos I have misunderstood you and cannot help, sorry.
