Voice commands

So the base idea is Vocal Commands (like some gamemodes on Gmod have)

You would type in a command like

/Grenade
And it would play A sound on the server or in the File that the Admin specifies.

The Admin or Host can go into the Server prefs ingame and Add commands and have a drop down menu to select the sound form the Server files.

It'd be fully customizable so hosts can add and change however many commands they want. The sound would play as a sound form a Brick does, so it isnt heard and gets quieter farther away.

this would be good for RPs of all types, Deathmatches, Or just general fun.
