I'd give it a 4/10, your exterior looks too much like an interior wall and needs lots of improvement. Your interior has too much color contrast and not enough texture contrast, as well as the furniture being Alittle undetailed, though your interior walls have a nice and smooth look

As for interior, I give this build a 9/10 because I like the color scheme.

As for exterior, I give this build a 5/10, because it is very square, lacks color consistency, and ignores many opportunities to make it look better.

I don't understand why you didn't make a covered garage and instead opted for the low-effort overhang. Considering that you left that right next to a wall without any windows or doors, you really could have done something more difficult/creative.

That aside, I find it awkward that the side door heads straight out into the street. Probably would be better to put a small side yard leading to a backyard there instead.

The interior is somewhat bland (but that's real housing for you), but what irks me the most is the cramped staircase and the lack of a guardrail around the staircase hole on the second floor. When did houses not have those?

The ceiling could also use some built-in lighbulb holders around the kitchen. Other than that, the ceiling seems a little low. The interior also seems just a little too neat; something about its emptiness/cleanliness feels off to me.

Try to use print plates less, for they make a surface that should be rough or fluffy look smooth and slippery.  Also, if the application goes all the way to Remousamavi (clan leader), it might take a while to get accepted. I recently got accepted, even though I applied 2 years ago.  But this is also a good thing.  You can get better at building during this time.  I give the build a 6.438248328592038284/10.

Like everyone said, the exterior is definitely looking a bit strained. The colors are a bit off and it all looks a bit stressed. Interior designing is definitely your strong point.
