The brick doors are so much more efficient and you don't have like 20 events just for one door.
Where is the problem with 20 events

Where is the problem with 20 events

I don't want to look at 20 events every time I open up the events menu.

I'm interested in reading this, link?
Problems with JVS doors:

  • 16 events to open a goddamn door.
  • stuffty AIM sounds
  • Ego-wank "jvs" tab instead of being in the special/interactive tab where they belong
  • Ass-backwards-as-forget loop structure that causes the brick loading times to increase for all bricks for each jvs door that you have installed.  If you have 50 JVS doors installed, you're looking at a 10x increase in loading times.  This alone is reason to remove it from the game permanently.  I regret not CRC failing when I discovered this issue years ago.
  • Overly complicated door blocking system that requires a taxing container radius search every time someone opens a door.  Door disabling can easily be implemented via toggleEventEnabled or setRayCastingEnabled.
  • Overly complicated ID restriction system that serves no purpose except providing yet another way for power starved pre-teens to give themselves special privileges over other users so they can have some semblance of empowerment in their otherwise impotent lives.

I really couldn't help but laughing.

Lol, when roblox has 350 dollars membership shiz and this is lifetime OBC in their eyes for 20 bucks and they dont get the game. Also, just saying, tons of Roblox people think this game is fun, then when the little 8 year olds go on, they see a ton of us (go forums yay) and we cuss the living daylights out of them. Then parents give us negative reviews and we get no people. This video game generation is corrupted. (and parents)

No, another reason why we don't have a huge influx of players is because the BL demo is so outdated and awful which misleads people to think BL is awful as well, which it isn't. But the demo isn't good at all. Many people know of Blockland though, which is good.

I don't think either of the two reasons you think people aren't Blockland are true. The graphics don't look bad, especially now that we have shaders. And they already updated the demo, it's not outdated. Even if it was, you didn't exactly give any reason as to why that would make people think Blockland is bad

as for the doors, JVS looks better but apparently functions five times worse than the default ones. So it's sorta like the gameplay over graphics argument. I'm not taking a side, I like them both

I would love to see some extra brick packs and bricks added to default
(Like even 1x14 and wedges, zones and things like that)

Well..since everyone has moved away to what my initial concern was and I doubt anyone will go back to it, I will lock this soon...
