You're not explaining the problem well enough for anyone to really help. You're only going to get general advice.

Is NetworkManager connected to a network through any device?
Is NetworkManager up-to-date?
Is NetworkManager malfunctioning?
Is the browser not working properly?
Is the browser up-to-date?
Have you installed a package like wicd lately?
