Tips for reddit:

1. Most of the default subs are bound to be full of dummies

2. Find subreddits for specific stuff you like, for example r/Gamegrumps, r/Awwnime, r/Anime, r/Gamephysics ( a personal favorite, etc.)

3. Reposts happen, just live with it and don't give it too much mind

4. There are people that tend to downvote almost anything, especially if it's been up for a while on a more obscure subreddit, so don't be surprised if your link from 2 weeks ago goes from 15 points yesterday (been that way for a while) to 13 points today.

5. Comparing 4chan and reddit is an imminent crap storm, if you don't know this already
