You could just modify one of the 1000 trucks, and add damage to it. Maybe like the Fire Mod. IIRC, that kills bricks like the Admin wand.

In theory, you could just screw with the Vehicle::OnCollision function of the vehicle, and if it collides with a brick, it gets killed. That, and its OnMount would have to be tweaked to only allow admins.
