Step 1: Do not post unless you have something to contribute to the topic.

Step 2: When making a topic, make sure you give an outline of what you want to discuss.

For example, "Hey everyone. I was wondering how combustion engines work, but *insertwebsitethatoffersanswerstoeverythinghere* is down. Can I get an answer?"

That's a pretty stupid example, but it's the point that matters.
