Wolf Quest allows you to play as wolves and it has an online multiplayer option, plus it's free. Link for the game here: http://wolfquest.org/game_info.php

Edit: The game may have limited multiplayer chat that prevents certain words from being said but I'm not exactly sure how extreme the filter is.

Edit2: It seems like multiplayer chat is even more limiting than I thought. You can only talk using the words they allow you to use. If that doesn't phase you or if you decide to use an alternative way to chat instead, then try out the game and see if you like it.
