Basically this would work like a saw/drill used in construction in real life.
You'd be able to cut a brick in half with this ulti-drill-saw.
I doubt this would be possible to make, but do you guys think the idea is alright?

I would think the mesh for the saw could be made in Blender and then exported to here.

You might be able to change what brick it is, cut it in half, but NOT change the shape.

Why couldn't you just place a smaller brick? You don't need an item to do that.
