Half life sciencist slaughterhouse-Need help!

I installed half life scientist slaughterhouse mod, i liked it and then i quitted, when i came back i started the game and I couldnt move or do anything but look around. I went to Options, and then to keyboard and it was a blank space with only a empty yellow bar. Is there any way to fix this?
