I've tried reinstalling it, SEVERAL TIMES.
I've tried deleting any custom skins.
I've tried verifying the cache.
I've tried searching on google.

Nothing works.

Go to into the config files for the game and make sure your running it at your native resolution/aspect ratio.

Idk how to do that but you can probably find out pretty easy
